Bronze Service plus
►Telephone technical support line during normal working hours Monday-Friday 9-5.
►Ecomotus will arrange for the collection of the box for its annual service and will arrange its return within 3 working days of our having received it.
►Accidental Damage cover - should your machine suffer accidental damage during the year, we will arrange for a temporary loan machine (of similar specifications) to be with you within 48 hours to allow you to continue working. Following repair we will arrange for the delivery of your repaired box and the return of the loan box.
►Includes 12 months supply of Ecomotus electrolyte.

All machines (unless otherwise stated) come with a 36 month guarantee against faulty electrical components (excludes consumables) - conditional upon the machine being serviced at 12 and 24 months by Ecomotus.   Servicing charges not included in initial purchasing price.

All Ecomotus products are covered by a standard 36 month warranty against failure of electrical components from date of purchase subject to the machine being returned to ecomotus for a 12 and 24 month service (Service and delivery not included in the purchase price).  
Warranty is limited to electrical components only.
Bronze, Silver and Gold Service Options only available for machines supplied to the UK, Service Options for all other destinations are by negotiation.
All Service Options will cease to be in effect if the purchaser fails to make payment in full each month to Ecomotus.   Payment must be received by the bank on or before the due date,or if paying cheque tby posthen 5 days before due date and sent to - Ecomotus c/o Kestor, Slade Cross, Bovey Tracey, Devon, TQ139NW.
Accidental Cover  for The Green Carbon Cleaning Machine is subject to Ecomotus receiving a damage deposit of £300.00 (SP) £500 (XL) prior to dispatching a temporary loan machine. Following the repairs being carried out a refund of the damage deposit less any incurred costs) will be made to the customer.   Should a machine be repaired or replaced under Accidental Cover the 12 Month Service or 'Box Exchange' date will be recalculated for a further 12 months based on the delivery date of the repaired / replaced unit.
Warranty conditions require that the unit has not been opened, misused or damaged nor used for anything other than its intended purpose.
Purchase and operation of The Green Carbon Cleaning Machine constitutes your acknowledgment, understanding and agreement to comply with all the information and instructions provided in training, in the manual and on the website.
The purchaser or their nominated representative will be advised during the initial instruction session of any required regular maintenance. Failure to adhere to this preventative schedule may cause the machine to fail or under perform, if any faults are caused by negligence they will invalidate the warranty.
The Warranty covers the machine only and in no way implies that the purchaser or their nominated representative is employed by or insured by Ecomotus. You agree that Ecomotus will not be held responsible for any claims arising from or damage caused by the use of this machine. The purchaser must also ensure that they have adequate insurance in place prior to operation.
We aim to promote independent businesses operating our machines, therefore the purchaser agrees to the regular sharing of positive results and feedback from their customers via any website, print and/or social media.
The Warranty will be invalid if the Registration Card is not fully completed and returned to Ecomotus within 30 days of purchase -

In the event of an upgrade to the product that we deem necessary, we will arrange delivery to the registered address of items that need fitting to the unit with all necessary instructions for installation. Waranty will not be invalidated if the machine has been opened with the express permission of Ecomotus. It is a requirement of the Warranty that any upgrades are completed within 5 days of receiving them and that confirmation of such work is received by post within one week of completion. Failure to either carry out this upgrade or confirm notification of such upgrade will invalidate the warranty. We can install updates for you on request, charges will apply.
We retain the rights to alter the terms of the warranty in the future but guarantee a minimum 12 month warranty period.
